Refund and Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our products (alcoholic beverages), we adhere to strict return and refund policies in compliance with applicable laws.

Returns:

We accept returns only in the case of:

  • Damaged or tampered packaging at the time of delivery.
  • Incorrect items received.

Return Window: Within 3 days of delivery.
Condition: Unopened, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Refunds:

Once we inspect the returned item and approve the request, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened bottles
  • Products bought on clearance or promotion
